Trying to live healthy is not same as doing it. You can tell yourself that you will live a healthy life and cut out every unhealthy thing that you do, but in the end, you will always find your way to an unhealthy life. This way you will not crave it that much, and you can still eat it whenever you want it. You can also replace food that is not so healthy with more healthy food.
